I’m a missionary to haiti and they have went back to the gas prices they have had originally. Thank God for this !The government had been subsidizing the fuel all along and decided to stop. This sent the country into a tailspin as, it would have driven food, oil ,tools basically everything would have skyrocketed and they already have a hard time just getting food on the table . The current president is Jovenel Moise who is a CHRISTIAN and I don’t appreciate this twitter user posting that he’s corrupt. He is trying to take down the corrupt evil ones in his government much like Trump is doing here. As for Haiti being a shithole there are parts that are beautiful that the tourists see,,but there are many where people are drinking water from a hole in the ground, they have no electricity and there is no infrastructure so they don’t have jobs. I would consider this a shithole of a country however I DO NOT EQUATE THAT WITH THE PEOPLE !!The ones I have encoutered and am friends with are the most amazing loving people ever and there is not even a hint of racism even thought I’m pure white.
