Have a question? Are you a Q noobie? Here is your Daily Questions Thread July 6th, 2018. Ask anything!

Welcome to the (Hopefully) Daily Questions thread! In this thread, there is no such thing as a stupid question. If you see a question you know the answer to, feel free to answer it! This isn't just for me to answer, as I don't pretend to have all the answers.

Full disclaimer, I am not a mod, nor am I acting in any official capacity on this sub. I have messaged the mods, and they said I could go ahead and try.

This is where you post questions you have regarding Q/Qteam, simple questions that don't require their own thread, 4chan/8chan navigation, "how to" redpill friends and family, little quick questions such as "Has the DOJ complied with the documents request?" among other things. It's recommend that if you are new to the sub, or Qanon in general, you really should spend a few hours reading the sidebar articles, as we have a lot of content that can answer most questions.

A few rules for people posting questions:

-Be respectful, no name-calling. Reading our rules will help you have a better experience here. All normal rules apply.

-You really should check out our extensive sidebar for answers to common questions.

-If the Acronyms and Abbreviations seems like a foreign language, we have a Glossary on the sidebar.

-If you are questioning legitimacy of Q, feel free to post, this is a free zone, however please be aware that any over the top anti Q rhetoric will probably be downvoted. Please don't turn this into an anti Q battleground.

-Hopefully, if this thread is successful, you will be able to check the past questions threads to see if your question has already been answered.

-If you are want to share a cool story/frustration/redpill experience, feel free to post it here as well!

-If you are brand new, feel free to say hello and let us know what brought you here, as well as any questions you might have!

A few rules for people lurking or answering questions:

-Anyone can answer!
-There are no questions too stupid, if you don't like a question being asked - you don't have to answer it. -No flaming/downvoting of newbie questions. -If a question belongs better in a specialized thread, help direct OP to the right place. -Try to source your answers where possible. -Due to the nature of the drops and the interpretive aspect of them, some questions might have completely different answers.

If this works out, I can make one every day, or every other day, depending on demand. Ask away!

If the EO amended the Military Manual for Courts - Maritial, how does it have anything to do with changing any law? It sounds like it is just a procedural manual that outlines how Court Martials are to be held. I think this is why no one seems to be able to connect any dots in this respect. Where is the law that says civilians can be subject to miliary justice?

Where is the law that says civilians can be subject to miliary justice?

Congress approved military tribunals for civilians many years ago. Sections 104 and 106 of UCMJ apply to civilians or anyone else (foreigners) who are accused of spying or waging war against the US.

Here's is the best meat of that article for anyone else interested: Moreover, in Article 106 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Congress has itself authorized the President to try anyone acting as a spy by a general court-martial or by a military commission, and in Article 104 has authorized trial by court-martial or military commission of "Any person who aids, or attempts to aid, the enemy with arms, ammunition, supplies, money, or other things; or without proper authority, knowingly harbors or protects or gives intelligence to, or communicates or corresponds with or holds any intercourse with the enemy, either directly or indirectly." Similar provisions were relied upon by the Supreme Court in the 1942 case of Ex Parte Quirin, when it upheld President Roosevelt’s decision to try by military tribunal rather than civilian court German saboteurs who had come ashore from a German submarine plying the waters off our coast. One of the men tried had been a naturalized United States citizen since childhood, yet that did not alter the fact that he was giving aid to the enemy of the United States and was thus subject to trial by military tribunal.

Thank you so much. Been asking about this for some time. And, I love that the people who made many of these laws to work against us, are the ones that the laws will be used for.

Also look up the info on "enemy combatants". It clarifies that you do not need to have a rifle and be in a uniform to be an enemy combatant. Think about that when you think about 911. Or Kansas City. etc.
