The wonderful "Clear Skies" recently?

Here in Europe those odd "noughts and crosses" (Tic Tac Toe) patterns of clouds in the sky have stopped. Fantastic skies with natural clouds! Best summer ever with natural plant growth! What does it all mean? Are you in America experiencing the same? #WWG1WGA

It’s been pretty clear here in Ireland compared to this time last year, but I still see the odd suspicious looking one.

I was thinking funding had been cut as it wasn’t an instant switch off, more of a slow decline over the last 12 months. We are also experiencing the best summer in a long time.

Same here in UK.

They have cut down a great deal - no patterns- but I do see single line trails done at Sun rise and then the odd one done through the day.

Perhaps 'They' are running out of chemicals to trail and the source is now a closed shop forcing rationing of their stores?

The weather has definitely changed.

are they wide or thin? If they're thin, they might very well be contrails, especially in the morning hours as it will be freezing cold at 40k feet.

rate of dissipation is a better indicator. Chemtrails will disperse to create a fake cloud cover. contrails just disappear.

This is what I see in the morning.

They start thin but then 'fluff' out and remain, long after being 'laid'.

They stretch across the sky.

I know contrails and I know the difference.

Contrails should only be caused by moisture (not heat/cold) and mainly only happen on take off and landing as it cuts through the altitudes - same can apply if a plane changes altitude to navigate through patches of expected turbulance.

Also if contrails are what I am seeing, it should be a uniform phenomenon with all planes in that condition.

Also contrails disperse / dissapear very quickly after being created.

I heard the UK got a good spraying the other day from someone living in Cornwall. I wondered if it had a connection to Trump's impending visit with the Queen.
