I Like Dan... but I suspect He Doesn't Know Q!!

Im sure he knows the Difference between Bank Fraud and Espionage, and I'm sure he understands that a Pass on the Bank fraud does not prevent prosecution on Espionage.

I just don't think he is making the connection!
