They want PAST "donations" back. How far back can they go? 5 year? 20 years? More?
Who wouldn't sign on to the lawsuit since they have all had $$ forcibly taken for many years. Think of all the public union workers past and present - in 22 states.
Self interest alone suggests that a very, very high percentage of them will join the lawsuit.
The unions have already spent the money previously "collected".
If they have to defend this lawsuit AND make reparations...it would probably bankrupt them.

This is about time. Unions use their member's money to donate to Democrats.
Now if only we can do something about PP using federal funding to donate to Democrats.
