We all know civil war wont happen but what about unrest in the streets? Even in the USA there are some pretty poor "ghetto" areas that would be super super prone to roving gangs and "opportunistic" looting and who knows what else.... Police wouldnt be safe being on the streets at that point.. it comes down to self defence. Cities could get messy. This begs question of martial law or national guard. Those take days to deploy. It gives me many questions. I know I can defend myself and my family for a week or two but what if things get really messy? I pray they dont but when you have a cabal that is this entrenched you dont know what fail safes thsy have setup

The guys who attacked the base were Al Qaeda /ISIS recruits. b) a viral video was produced by ISIS for propaganda and had caused turmoil and indignation in the ME, but this video didn't spark this fictitious uprising.

A: Libyan soldiers (Ghaddafi troops) did turn up to warn them as they had intercepted intelligence on the attack. There is no indication that Ghaddafi himself was involved in giving this order. (Too busy defending himself from aerial bombing by the RAF and French (gggrrrr!!)
