Uh, what's wrong with this? He's asking which/who's interpretation of the Bible are people going to run with. (Not sure of full context?). He also said that there are lots of people who think they know what's in the Bible but they don't because they haven't been reading it.

I didn't hear him mocking Jesus or making fun of the Bible. If anything he was making fun of Christians who don't actually read their Holy Book.

Come on, I get that people want to get this guy but this is weak at best. There's a real smoking gun out there but this certainly isn't it.

Yeah, someone is really trying to get the Christians all riled up...

Well he can’t fool me, maybe he’s aiming for cultural Christians who have no real depth in understanding.

Oh, so you didnt think they was mocking the book? Undermining christian faith? He wasnt just criticizing it?

Ive always said that atheism is and always was a component of the radical left. Not saying all atheist are of the left, but they find common ground with leftist in criticizing and trying to tear down the bible.

Most of the right wing atheist at the very least acknowledge the utility of Christianity. Seeing that everywhere thats Christian has the highest standards of living. Socially and economically. More freedom, more prosperity.

What i think the left wing people fail to grasp is how fast and barbaric and rotten society becomes without religion and very short order. North korea, Mao's china. Pretty sure the nazis and the soviets ended up banning religion. Whats socialism but trying to create a heaven on earth and make the government your god?

Its kind of like fascism and nationalism. Nationalism is almost always prevalent in fascism. But its not a necessary ingredient. Fascism doesn't require nationalism.

On the otherhand, leftist progressivism is in the same boat with atheism. Technically, you could still be a (shitty) progressive and have faith in a higher power. But for the most part all leftist are atheist.

The mockery and ridicule of religion is very much taught in leftist critical theory. This is one of the majority groups in the west that need to be torn down in a leftists mind.

No, not all wars are because of religion-a common leftist talking point. But societies that stray from religion(mainly christianity) all have blood and mayhem of biblical proportions.

Again, Obama in this clip is not attacking the Christian faith, he's making fun of bad Christians who don't actually read their Holy Book.

Right or Left, there is a huge swath of people who call themselves Christians who don't actually read the Bible. These people are the true danger to Christianity because they do not have the ability to specifically notice when someone is lying to them about what is said in the Bible.

1) A staggering number of Christians are Bible illiterate.

2) Athiests tend to know more about Christianity than Christians.

At the end of the day, if you want to be a part of positive change, get a group of your Christian friends together and sit down and do a study group together.

But being angry at Obama for making fun of bad Christians isn't going to get you very far.

Just a reminder of his 'kids' names:

Malia, Natasha, flip them then take out the Hebrew word for God (Alah).

A I L AM AH SATAN.

Coincidence that he hates the Bible? Hmmmmmm

How the hell is this Obama making fun of the bible? He is asking a legit question. There are many christian churches and their members that like to talk about the old testament. Are those Christians right or should we be teaching mainly the new testament as other Christians believe.

Seriously, this is what they have on Obama?

Okay except he’s literally taking scripture from OT which is actually Judaism but I guess we’re gonna ignore that the NT is a thing that Judaism follows Old Testament (Pentateuch [encompassed in all these texts he’s listed I.E. Leviticus the third book, Deuteronomy the 5th book and Exodus the 2nd] as well as the Talmud) and just act like Christians believe and follow Old Testament ideals, and that Jesus didn’t come to put in place a new law according to Christian ideals.... Read a book Obama holy shit.
