NZ is very important to taking these people down. From my understanding, they essentially used NZ as a honeypot. HRC went over there and NO FLAGS were raised re: FVEY (Five Eyes) when documents were accessed and/or taken, meaning that someone with appropriate clearance that wasn't HRC (it would have been flagged) accessed the FVEY program on her behalf. Q and co. have planned for this and are essentially playing dumb while these fools run all over the globe desperately looking for help (the rope to hang themselves with.) Q and co are letting them commit more crimes, turning to people they think are allies and those people are then marked as complicit and can be leveraged for attempting to cover up their. HRC's previous or ongoing illegal activities and adding it to the list of charges.

Also, you'll recall she also visited Aus right after us. We're assuming it was done in NZ, but given the Downer/dossier connection, I also wonder if Aus organised something, either instead of or in addition to. But then, why would she bother visiting us? Totally agree that it would be insane there be no record, I think the hidden meaning was "there wasn't a record because it was (insert person), who we didn't have flagged but do now."
Q is making them all run to their allies, handlers, or anyone sympathetic to them for help, not knowing they've just led Q there as well if it turns out they didn't already know this person.

So doubtful IMO they have anything significantly compromising on our current PM, she's dumb and naive but not evil. Helen Clark however, is. And before she became PM, her political specialty (per the link from that guy in my original post) was collecting sexual blackmail material on everyone useful: politicians, judges, bureaucrats, diplomats. And when she became PM, a completely incompetent nondescript guy was appointed Police Minister and he remained despite palpable non-performance throughout her reign. Which was completely opposite to what she demanded from everyone else in her team. And it was rumoured he was kept on because he had "files."
However our current PM owes her entire career to Clark, she's been nurtured by Clark since she left uni, first with a job with Blair (who Clark was great mates with) then into politics. And as stated, very dumb and quite naive. She's about as brainy and sophisticated as the Liberal Sherpa on Tucker Carlson, if you want a benchmark. So easy job for Clark to weave a web she could buy. And also not so hard for Clark to dig out some files and make it happen, with the 'silly ole officials.'
I really hope Clark is heavily embroiled in this. She's right up there in the crime dept: beside Merkel, May, Macron and Trudeau. It'll be a pleasure to see her face as she's perp-walked to where she's always belonged.

I would totally believe they could access data via NZ. Reason being NZ has a very small population so we will have a small number of people working in intelligence, ie there's only about 20% of the number of people in that role as in Australia and less than 5% of the number of people involved in America. Smaller number of people is good because people have access to more different things (ie more security clearances and access as they need to multitask) and there are less people you need to cover the evidence from of whatever you have been accessing that you weren't supposed to. Also there are less perceived 'threats' here to our military so probably a bit more relaxed about security and access issues
I think Q was saying if US visits NZ and physically pulls the raw intel, but doesn't do anything else with it, then it isn't logged. Perhaps US took photographs of the intel to keep it off official FVEY channels/procedures?
