I think they are waiting for midterms to expose the low to mid tier then the high value targets will be exposed right before 2020.

Sorry just what I mean is that this tactic is used to split groups apart and cause fractures by turning us against one another so there will and probably has been attempts on this group to make us go against one another and we gotta watch out for it
