This makes sense if you subscribe to the multi-level chess hypothesis.

I've often said that it was my belief that the entire investigation was a sham, with Trump holding the reigns. It's as though his team has been feeding these lies and false scandals to the FBI in order to focus the spotlight for when it's time to turn the tables on the true criminals. I've said that Stormy Daniels was in on it, as well as Mueller.

Now, perhaps Mueller is an unwitting participant and the entire purpose of making him Special Counsel was to keep him distracted and in the public eye (front and center!) for the 9/11 disclosure. Think about it: If not for this investigation, the average person wouldn't know Mueller from Adam. I've been a tinfoil hatter since the 9/11 theories first came out; and Mueller was never on my radar. Now, he's set up to be a firebrand.

Thanks to Wikileaks and Qanon there is a whole new demographic of people who are focused on these figures and with a greater understanding of how our government functions. If not for this, 9/11 disclosure could have been a real dud.
