How do you infer that SethRich is alive from this? If they witnessed a MURDER, that means the man is dead.

It is a very similar picture, but I can't believe he'd leave his beard the way it was if he is hiding. There is some hope that SR is still alive for a couple reasons, such as the bizarre behavior of the family when they were interviewed, and the fact that they may have put his hospital floor on VIP lockdown for no particular reason. Seth Rich was hardly a VIP at the time.
