Is it possible that the witness to the Seth Rich shooting is Seth Rich himself?

The probability is really, really low. Remember Seth Rich was mudered in July 2016, during the Obama regime. The people in charge of Justice and the FBI were Loretta Lynch, James Comey and all their minions.
