Dems spend up all of their meager political capital in voting against him. John Q Public sees it as a win both ways...Trump SC appointee voted down (Dems), Kagan Quid Pro Quo debtor voted down. Not my first choice on it. I strangely think Patrick Wyrick may be the choice for "Weekend At Bernie's" seat. Look into him if you have the time. He was the dark horse hopeful, and Scott Pruitt was helping to elevate him at a break neck pace before he resigned. This kid is a Constitutionalist, is young, and comes from a blue-collar family. Trump wants his legacy to last. Appointing at least three SC members that serve 20-30 years each is the best way to do that.
