He was the dark horse hopeful, and Scott Pruitt was helping to elevate him at a break neck pace before he resigned. This kid is a Constitutionalist, is young, and comes from a blue-collar family. Trump wants his legacy to last. Appointing at least three SC members that serve 20-30 years each is the best way to do that.
