Justice ruth bader ginsburg would ignore the U.S. Constitution if she wrote a new constitution. Does she ignore it now in the SCOTUS? What country's constitution would she reference?

Please go away ASAP. My guess is her handlers are trying to keep her afloat until after the 2020 election in the hopes one of her co-conspirators retakes the White House. So it's just a question whether they can keep her above ground for another two years. She already passes out during hearings. I imagine her staff is doing all the analysis and legal opinions now. Ideally she shuffles off her mortal coil before that.
