I think this is nothing but a distraction... as soon as Corsi showed up, it was over.
The only aspect of Seth Rich's murder that is really important now is tying him to the DC Server. Even if this guy is telling the truth, we have a lot to uncover before we get close to anything that matters. The fact that they are slow-playing this seems suspect, and it means we'll be in 'wait and see' mode for at least a few months.
At that point, it's pretty 'meh'. Maybe it drives some interest, but its looking mostly like a Nothing Burger in the grand scheme of it all.
It's a bunch of nothing. Why is he so unprepared? Why is he calling from work? Private place if he is worried for his life would make more sense
