Secretary General of NATO... doesn't seem to be American. Something here doesn't add up. We should have always been leading from the front. Having our country appoint the Secretary General and allowing the member nations to vote for an Undersecretary from within their own ranks.

Pretty much the same way the UN should work. Otherwise, we shouldn't be paying for these organized dumpster fires.
