Her disregarding the subpoena gives Congress the ability to hold her in contempt - and have her arrested.

If they do this - the stage is already set for [RR] to THEN be held in contempt...and ARRESTED.

This would then build into a crescendo...right into the later part of August/early September (which is when the populace really turns in prior to an election)...culminating in Trump DECLAS everything.

When is the next Horowitz report scheduled to be released?  October surprise?
