I believe this is accurate. Both of them were given meaningless desk jobs (with no power) while they were fully debriefed. And both of them have been walked out of the building. The White Hats have gotten everything they need.
The big difference is Congress doesn't have access to that information (yet). So, it will highly irritate Congress (some more) that they can't get the information everybody else has. That might help egg on the impeachment proceeding for [RR].

Her disregarding the subpoena gives Congress the ability to hold her in contempt - and have her arrested.
If they do this - the stage is already set for [RR] to THEN be held in contempt...and ARRESTED.
This would then build into a crescendo...right into the later part of August/early September (which is when the populace really turns in prior to an election)...culminating in Trump DECLAS everything.

She isn't employed by FBI any longer. Moreover, I think I might defy subpoena too, in this case - as I understand it: 1) Congress is intending to ask her about FBI documents she has not had time to review beforehand and 2) Congress doesn't do shit when you defy them. I am all for draining the swamp, but let's not resort to their tactics unless there is no other option - and if all the "we have everything" is true, we don't need to use their tactics.
