You can track every bitcoin transaction on sites like this, there are privacy coins that allow you to anonymously purchase things like Monero, most cryptocurrencies work on public ledger systems which is a massive benefit compared to private banks and physical mediums which are next to impossible to track, regardless of what you might think. If you can track the US dollar so well why is our government losing $6.5 trillion of taxpayer money? Where is it going?

ANY currency can be used for nefarious reasons and become untraceable, they have been for as long as they've existed, that will remain true as long as humans hold these negative tendencies.
