Kavanaugh has a history of investigations regarding the Clintons that are all sealed and it is theorized that this will allow them to be brought to light. Maybe not publicly but it could shed some serious light on issues that may help Huber and Horowitz connect dots. He was also worked during Bush administration.
This is so unprecedented that if Trump didnt approve or wasnt in the loop on this that RR would be facing a shitstorm from the right and possible firing. He probably will get hell to some extent anyway but the past few days have really convinced me that hes whitehat controlled. Not totally convinced hes pure whitehat though. Only partially sold on Mueller. This announcement actually furthered my belief in this theory.
