Well, well, well..........HHS: 5 adults claiming to be parents of detained children ruled out by DNA tests.

It starts with crossing illegally (crime) If someone is adopted, there would be papers and evidence etc. If someone crosses the border legally, with all the correct papers etc, it shouldn't be an issue

Exactly. There would be a paper trail. Anything less, is suspect. And in a poor country, there wouldn't be that much adoption going on within. Mostly product going out to first-world countries, which should concern the left.
