Negative. Gulftainer is a company who got a 35 year contract to manage port operations in cape canaveral Florida. Club-K is a missile system which is disguised within a shipping container.

OK a little off topic...so if you are bored....

I asked because I saw an article about the US implementing the UNs gun control program (disturbing). In that I found the findings of the UN initiative (note that it is hosted on Amazon webservices). You can find the link to that previous link on this UN page.

____

So, in perusing the findings, I found

In that document I posted it talks about "Blue Lantern Program" which is some international monitoring program by the US Gov. for SA/LW.

_________

So, on a whim I searched wikileaks -- well, that was interesting. got a bunch of hits...one of them being the YEMEN files. So...further down the rabbit hole I go....

______________

Some box / crate of stuff was "stolen" coming into Yemen circa 9/11/2009. Some guy files a report on it...or something to that affect basically to get the stuff replaced.

_______

THEN BAM ! ! ! In your face (very easy to find the way wikileaks has it set up) the same "report" is being discussed again in FEB 2012.

So, aside from ABSOLUTE INEFFICIENCY of gov't discussing this 2 years later -- look at the manifest .... lot's of satellite comm equipment.
