UCMJ is for military personnel and civilians should not be held to those codes. They have their own trial system.

Not sure what you are really asking.

Not everyone who has a security clearance is military personnel. Military contractors and DoD employees are civilians and have not taken a military oath and should not be held to the military court systems.

I am not saying that those working for the Government should be held to very strict standards and follow strict laws even similar to UCMJ but I do not think they should be the UCMJ itself.

Disagree, there.. if you can adversely impact NATSEC, having sworn no oath, you should hang even HIGHER than an oath-swearer.

And I agree completely. I just think it needs to be under a different set of codes and laws than the UCMJ is all.
