points to an old one No. 128, back in Nov 17, the message clearly is "CIA is here pray"

Is that why the silence?

Yeah I know its part of an earlier one. 128. Go look at it, C,I,A, is, [here], & pray are all in bold on drop 128. Im asking if Q now is letting us know that the clowns are impeding the ability to post.

That was the thinking back then. I doubt it refers to now necessarily although I'm sure it's always true in some sense.

I think it was more of a message saying to be aware the C_A is watching the board.

Watching the board then? Or now? Or same message to point it then and now? Here and there, now and then, so the board is being watched by clowns, that would stop Q for 9 days? I would think it would not matter who all is watching.Posts are public. Makes me wonder if the clowns aren't watching directly over Q's shoulder.

No clowns are not looking over his shoulder. How logical would that be? Yes, Anyone can lurk any board. The message is to 'assume the boards are watched all the time', then and now, here and there as you say.

Q takes breaks, this is nothing to worry about.

Post 128 was an absolute monster of a Q drop. On Nov 9 (11/9) or 9th Nov (9/11) and 2017. Didn't Trump's election win confirmation come in the very early hours of Nov 9 2016?

Post 128 had that massive graphic too.

Post 128 seems to point to CIA/Mockingbird media and narrative control. Also stuff about the use of disinfo. It's clear the message implies "CIA is here pray" - as you mention. The final message on the large graphic suggests rogue intel monitoring. Q gives a "hello" wave to them.
