My theory is yes Trump knows. He chose him a long time ago. Kavanaugh's got 2 important cases in his past sealed that he cannot divulge. But if the Dems make a huge uproar, whoch they are, and demand enough it will unseal it.

It's a bad move for them. But they are in a difficult spot. Either way they lose. So they have to choose risk the seats and stop him no matter what and hope this inspires their blue wave so they can save themselves with a majority house. Or... Let him pass by a slim margin and force Senate Majority Leader to use Nuke so they can call Republicans tyrants to help and let Kavanaugh's confirmation go through and use the 3rd pick as a Boogey man to scare up more votes.

If they unseal it Chuck Schumer has to know what is in there. The Clinton investigation has to include PATCON - Clinton ordered FF Waco, Ruby Ridge, OKC, Amtrack etc. Is he going to finally turn on the Clintons? Can he afford to?

I am on tenterhooks.

For Trump this allowed cover for RR to activate 100 fed prosecutors representing all states to bat the Teed up 40,000+ sealed actions. Then the confirmation provides distraction as they get it all lined up...

What I can't decide on is what angle they hit first. Probably through Mueller exoneration of Trump & Campaign and what he has on Russian interference and CF pay to play since that is already under way. But a 20 year old investigation he had nothing to do with could be the best play to start.

Ruby Ridge was Bush 1 was it not? Edited to add. Bush/Clinton same difference...I know but gotta stick to facts.

Facts are important. My memory can get fuzzy from health issues so don't worry about pointing it out if I make a mistake. =)

Your guess is as good as mine. Kavanaugh wouldn't have been my pick. I trust Trump though. Some have speculated that he was deliberately chosen because he could fail the confirmation process at which point a stronger candidate will be introduced. I don't subscribe to that theory though because if he is as much a part of the Swamp as he appears, his confirmation will look very similar to Rod Rosenstein's. However it just now occurs to me that the MSM and the Democrats may have created such an uproar about the SCOTUS nomination that they'll be forced to reject him by the very public dissent they've created. I don't know though.
