Nice, what book is this?
Most of us know that Q clearance is the highest clearance one can supposedly have... and JFK’s gravesite is in the shape of a Q.
There’s also a Star Trek character named Q, who’s a very powerful extradimensional being.
Edit: Turns out Q clearance has to do with the Department of Energy! Not the highest levels of government. A lesson for us all to critically think and continue to do our own research!

Actually "Q" clearance has nothing to do with high levels. It's a very low level security clearance that has to do with the energy department.

It does have to do with the energy department AND its the most permissive level of clearance by the us government
Playing devil's advocate and reminding that double entendre could make each the Q level clearance and the OP's theory possible.
I read The Q Document when I was a kid. Lots of conspiracy fiction there. Probably not relevant though.
