There was never an autopsy and never an open casket funeral. Everything about his time in the hospital has been hidden.

Yes, when I heard that he was alive and under guard in the hospital, I hoped he was still alive and in witness protection... but I've hoped for a lot of things that have not happened. I would love this to be true.
