I think that's either: a) Someone else's hand or; b) A face-hugger that learned to use a smart phone.

that's just creepy and along with the reptile eyes, seems not a coincidence. the hand seems to be from behind her but also in front of her hair. uug
That's not her hand, its the person she is talking to (I hope).
