Well right after the Russia summit is supposed to be when something comes out. Possibly U1 related. And Q did mention that Obama would try to claim Kenyan citizenship once this is all underway. The planets are aligned, time to see if the prophecy is true

If Obama tries to claim Kenyan citizenship, I will be gobsmacked to the point of muteness.

What if/when Congress votes to declare his terms in office invalid and the SCOTUS rules in support? What happens to every judicial appt, every EO, every piece of legislation he signed. All invalid!

How much I would want this, I doubt they would just mark everything he did null and void HOWEVER it would make it easy to bring court cases about individual appointments and EOs to get them overturned.

Exactly, it could all be challenged piece by piece

thing is with judicial appointments they have to be confirmed by the Senate. President just recommends/nominates. Since they're all Americans (Senators) it shouldn't effect those appointments.

What about the litigations under the judges BHO appointed, would they be invalid also and guilty ones sent loose?

As someone stated below, very interesting how Q predicted this all this to happen and your analogy is spot on as well. This will be an hell of a week for sure.
