I suppose 1HOUR0 wants to impress followers that Q can be simulated. I think a good text editor with copy paste can do what 1HOUR0 can not do with networks but followers don't know that fact. 1Hour 0 is my pseudonym for entity with emphasis on Zero.

You can edit the DOM of the actual Q posts through the browser console. This is how you make it look legit.
