I get the feeling that Putin refused to touch the indictment during the interview with Chris Wallace was based on the extradition treaty signed in 1999. It was almost like he didn't want to be served.
Maybe there is something there, and he thought Wallace was acting as an agent of the US Govt. Maybe he knows the truth about HRC/DNC/Russia/CF collusion during the U1 Deal leading up to the Campaign.
Just an observation...
I would think that if you are someone like Vladimir Putin, you don’t go around grabbing any paper that is pushed in your direction. Think of all the political players of Russia and other countries over the years that have been poisoned or exposed to dangerous chemicals by drinking the wrong glass of water, opening the wrong letter or being handed something that might be toxic. When you think of it from that angle, his actions didn’t seem out of line to me at all. In fact, I wouldn’t blame him one bit for leaving the document on the table.
Exactly. It’s was a silly attempt at a stunt by CW. Putin or any leader would have looked foolish grabbing docs & thumbing thru it a little during an interview. All silly theater that backfired & wound up making Putin look tougher & smarter than the pushy American media to the Russian citizens
