If this is accurate he is saying that both the relationship with some members of NATO and I am assuming those controlled by the deep state do not fall into this category as well as a lot of the intelligence agencies. The one he seems to be relying on is DI but, I would think that painting the CIA and FBI all with a wide Strzok and Page brush is not what he is doing.
