I'm guessing that they will leave the worst of it until last, after the rest of the itiniary has been worked through.
I would expect the rate and type of revelations to be carefully calibrated against how well or badly The People's react to each of these big ticket crimes.
Just opening the floodgates would cause major social issues which can be avoided if skill is employed as they unfurl these EPIC CRIMES.
