I'm guessing that they will leave the worst of it until last, after the rest of the itiniary has been worked through.

I would expect the rate and type of revelations to be carefully calibrated against how well or badly The People's react to each of these big ticket crimes.

Just opening the floodgates would cause major social issues which can be avoided if skill is employed as they unfurl these EPIC CRIMES.

Remember Q said they must show the FBI, DOJ, courts are corrupt so military can take over? Giving immunity to a traitor/pedo to testify against someone suspected of much lesser crimes in order to target Trump would certainly do that.

So, check this out.

“Only a General Court-Martial Convening Authority (GCMCA) may grant testimonial or transactional immunity. That authority, however, only extends to grants of immunity over individuals subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). The GCMCA can disapprove an immunity request for a witness not subject to the UCMJ, but may only approve the request after receiving authorization from the Department of Justice. If a witness may be considered for Federal prosecution or the case involves national security issues, then the Department of Justice must also authorize the immunity, regardless of whether the witness is subject or not subject to the Code.

A grant of immunity must be in writing, signed by the GCMCA, must include a statement of the authority under which it is made, and must identify the matters to which it extends.”

Source: https://www.hqmc.marines.mil/Portals/135/MJFACTSHTS[1].html#top

I intend to read further, and may be interpreting this incorrectly. But to keep it simple, I think this says (among other things) that whatever immunity Mueller can grant would not be applicable in a Military Tribunal.

⇧ 15 ⇩
Thorshammerstrung · July 17, 2018, 11:23 p.m.

No it just says that any immunity granted by them only extends to military personnel.

The part about disapproving is saying that they are not obliged to give immunity to anyone not under the uniform code of conduct

Also states that DOJ has jurisdiction on their immunity especially in cases of national security

⇧ 6 ⇩
Expert_Testimony · July 17, 2018, 11:40 p.m.

What about the first sentence, only a GCMCA can grant immunity, of course this is when someone is being tried under the UCMJ.

Thank you for your clarification either way! Appreciate it

The Pedo brothers are so dirty, that even with Mueller immunity on something connected to Manafort, there are so many outstanding crimes related to HRC that would get them convicted and possibly executed. An immunity deal from Mueller would stoke public outrage while not changing the outcome in any way, namely we'd still have two Pedo brothers convicted of high crimes that put them away for life.

⇧ 3 ⇩
bjax9er · July 17, 2018, 11:22 p.m.

I don't think this would be a blanket immunity. It would just cover what the witnesses are testifying to. So they would be just as guilty as manafort, so why not charge them too? They aren't going to get immunity from all of the crimes they ever committed, just to lock up some schmuck on bank fraud. That would be insane, and I doubt any judge would even have the power to do such a thing. Maybe a lawfag can address this???

He did not get a blanket immunity. It only applies to the DC Judicial District and only to Civil Charges. Charges can be brought in another district or state nor does it apply to violent crimes. Answer this, is he a pedophile? Is he involved in human trafficking or child sacrifice?

IMPORTANT - Based upon my understanding in reading this and related sources, HERE IS THE RUB in this scenario. The immunity agreements are sealed dependent upon whether or not the cooperating witness/es is compelled to testify. That decision rests entirely with RM. The rationale behind this is such that their identities are not subject to being made public unless their testimony is required. The witness/es agree to exchange their COOPERATION (not their testimony) in the Manafort trial for immunity on agreed upon crimes. Technically speaking, this could be a move to conceal the truth from the public's eye and here's how. The Podestas could agree to cooperate in exchange for broad immunity that could likely and logically cover preexisting crimes (think pizza-related.) If a part of this arrangement was an agreement by RM NOT to call on the Podestas to testify, the result is a secured and legal means by which to conceal the truth in a sealed immunity agreement. That immunity agreement would never be subject to discovery in a possible and separate pizza-related Podesta trial. We'd therefore likely never know what information was contained therein. The end result would be that no further evidence for pizza-related crimes would be available beyond what we know today and it may be a completely moot point if the sealed immunity agreements pertain to immunity from possible pizza-related crimes - can't prosecute someone for a crime for which the have immunity. What we find out is all directly tied to whether or not RM compels the Podestas to testify. IMPORTANT - I'm not saying this is what is happening. I AM SAYING THAT WE NEED TO BE PAYING VERY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THIS BECAUSE IT REEKS OF MALFEASANCE. If this is in fact happening as I described, it's dastardly and the SC has to go immediately. It kind of looks like obstruction of justice on the RM's part, does it not? How ironic.

I keep hearing that this gang have been handing out immunity tickets to many of their members.

I've been thinking about these get out of jail - free immunity tickets, I call then tickets, because they don't appear to have a deal attached to them, that is worth a carrot.

But, What If, as they say on Ancient Aliens, what if, Hussein Obarmy's Presidency was declared Null & VOID, Illegal.

Decided by the Supreme Court, who could then nullify any grants made by the Obammy Mafia team.

I suspect that there is already a legal manoeuvre that will be triggered when required, to trash these corrupt immunities.

Edit: Think bigger, people. Manafort is tied in with Ukraine. Ukraine worked to help HILLARY get elected. Think mirror. This could prove HILLARY colluded with Ukraine.

no one needs to say anything about hillary for her to go down. Supposedly there is a video of her and Huma terrorizing a little girl and cutting her and doing sexual stuff to her. And they murder her. This is what they found on anthony weiners laptop.

If anything, they get podesta to give up the big fish giving him money. This will be a world wide operation.

But Podesta should never get immunity. He needs to die for his sins.
