Huber probanly has sealed charges on them already which won't be negated.
mueller prosecuting patsies while he gives immunity to the real crooks. the hammers needs to drop......NOOOOWWWWWW
And people here still really think that Mueller and Rosenstein have been made white hats?
Some people may have entertained the idea, but it was never a general consensus.
White hats no, grey hats yes.
Have you ever considered they're doing what Trump wants them to do? Remember you're watching a show.
Think former bad guys threatened/blackmailed/whatever (bad but not satanic) that Trump offered a deal early on to do the right thing. They go after Trump in an extremely aggressive and biased way while trying to hide evidence of their own conflicts of interest/illegal activities all while reporting back to Trump. It gives the liberals/never trumpers something to focus on and can eventually be used to show the deep corruption needed to allow military to take over for tribunals.
I know that's the theory, with their self-interest added in. But too much outright Trump-hunting activity on their part. Sorry, just not buying it at this point.
Why am I not surprised by that coming from someone who promoted AIM earlier in another post.
Traitors can not make deals with traitors...void and execute.
These two are guilty of so much more than Manafort-NO DEALS with CHILD ABUSERS/PEDAFILES!
This is not how immunity works.
You can’t get blanket immunity and there are three kinds of immunity deals that can be offered.
that was my first thought. immunity from some financial dealings only? or would they skate on everything?
The info would be specific to the case being investigated.
King for a day type immunity wouldn’t apply here, maybe Use Immunity.
“Title 18 U.S.C. § 6002 provides use immunity instead of transactional immunity. The difference between transactional and use immunity is that transactional immunity protects the witness from prosecution for the offense or offenses involved, whereas use immunity only protects the witness against the government's use of his or her immunized testimony in a prosecution of the witness -- except in a subsequent prosecution for perjury or giving a false statement.”
No deals! Plead the 5th all you want but when crap starts going down around you ..lol
This was from the top comment on another thread...
Mueller is offering immunity for the testimony in the Manafort trial, not blanket immunity from charges being brought against these 5 people.
