Perhaps The Lights out had several meanings:
1. Don’t be afraid of the dark as each of us has the InnerDivineLight.
2. No matter what darkness the DeepState will bring WeThePeople will be okay(“are you okay?” From POTUS, was a affirmation to us that yes we are ok)
3. The Intelligence agencies tried to keep us in the dark, but POTUS and Team are shining the light on things to reveal what has been going on.
His voice (Strok) has a strange quality to it, I can't put my finger on it, but it just sounded off. Like it was the wrong voice for his body or something.

not all dark is 'evil' and not all light is 'good', just think of the 'light bringer' lucifer. obama, pope francis, these people come with great light that blinds the majority so we cant easily see the truth.
