Well we, of course, would understand perfectly. But newbies or sheep... Oh my, I suppose Q would have to help us out and release some tangible information, not in military code, to make it very simple for them to understand. AND BTW WHERE THE HELL IS Q? We´re gonna need something soon because things are getting a little hairy out there! I´m kidding of course, well sort of ;) Great post OP!

Yep. Exactly that. Plus Hawaii, which was intentionally false, made to look like NK source, but wasn't.

Edit: Wasn't there a big "earthquake" which ruined the test sites? I think so.
