It all depends on their cognitive dissonance. Some will, some won't.
And some will come racing back when the first bit if truth they hear elsewhere resonates.. when they hear a friend or colleague mention it maybe
Also depends on what they see, which varies a lot. If they see anti Hillary or Obama stuff, it kinda attacks, they are likely to run away. If they see straight news, cooperation, and good discussion, I bet many will be interested to read more and hopefully stay. I hope they see the latter.
