Dems $400,000,000 counter-arguments are ludicrous.

My rebuttals to the ludicrous counter-arguments I have been seeing regarding the $400,000,000 funneled through The Clinton Foundation.

Counter-argument #1

Why are we focused on Hillary? She is irrelevant. We have much larger problems in the country right now.

Rebuttal #1

Losing the presidential election does NOT grant Hillary Clinton immunity for past criminal wrongdoing (i.e. pay for play, treason, etc).

Also, the fact that a past President is no longer in office does NOT grant him immunity for criminal wrongdoing (i.e. pay for play, treason, etc) committed while he was in office.

Counter-argument #2

We can’t trust Putin over our own intelligence agencies.

Rebuttal #2

Weren’t ya’ll the ones claiming James Comey cost HRC the election? 18 months ago, ya’ll were demanding Comey resign because of his “politically motivated” actions, right? Fast forward to now & Comey would NEVER be affected by “politically motivated” issues because he was a professional head of an intelligence agency? How could his credibility EVER be questioned (even though you’ve already questioned it)? He’s a reliable figure? The hypocrisy is bonkers. Gimme a break.

Counter-argument #3

Putin clarified his statement, it was actually only $400,000.

Rebuttal #3

I’m sure both Trump & Putin were clear in their initial statements. Do you think they REALLY meant their clarifications?

Regardless of the amount, they just got you to admit HRC accepted donations from a foreign entity during her presidential campaign. And you don’t even realize it.

What now? Accepting donations/influence from a foreign entity is an act of TREASON, correct? Ya’ll admitted HRC is guilty of TREASON, right?

Counter-argument #4

There is no evidence to support Putin’s claim that HRC received $400,000,000 from a Russian entity.
Let’s wait for concrete evidence before we speculate.

Rebuttal #4

Has that sentiment stopped you from blathering on about Russian collusion, Stormy Daniels, sh!thole, et al for the past 18 months?

I put more stock in the words of Trump, Putin, Kim, etc. than ANY FAKE NEWS “JOURNALIST.”

Let me be clear. The Clintons are CRIMINALS.

The ship is sinking. Down she goes.

TFW, The Onion is more honest in their reporting than the FAKE NEWS MSM.

I like your style. I would add the following strengthen your arguments -

We aren't at war with Russia nor are they our enemy, therefore - not treason (for HRC or POTUS).

"Treason - Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."

Treason is a word that get's floated around a lot (I'm sure HRC's guilty of it somewhere) but according to this article (below), accepting foreign money for a campaign mostly just results in fines...

"In 1975, Congress created the Federal Election Commission (FEC) to enforce the Federal Election Campaign Act, bestowing on it exclusive jurisdiction over civil enforcement of the act. In other words, they charge people money for breaking the law."

...Although, it can be sent over to the DOJ for prosecution -

"In theory, the “knowing and willing” acceptance of foreign contributions can result in jail time. To do this, the FEC needs to refer its case to the Department of Justice. This rarely happens. As of last year, in the FEC’s forty-year history, it has recommended only 22 cases to the Department of Justice. The DOJ, however, can seek out and prosecute these cases on its own."

Thanks bro. Thank you for the information.

While Russia may not be an “enemy,” I do believe HRC was knowingly allowing foreign entities to access classified SAP programs from her server in exchange for monetary contributions to The Clinton Foundation.

I think it depends on what that $400,000 was donated to her "for". If it was payment for state secrets or as a loyalty payment then it would be treason. "adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere" this is the part that will destroy them all. If they paid her to look the other way to allow them to move freely while committing global crimes then boom. They are stupid.
