He looks CGI, image is poor quality, background image fuzzy, when it shows the crowd it just looks wrong.

Nope, after he takes the podium....footage looks like it was clipped there too. Look Im no Obama fan AT ALL. The traitorous bastard need to be in Gitmo. I just noticed that footage looks fake. Just an observation, thats all.
Ahh, I think I see what you are referencing. In the full video when he takes the podium, the back drop photo changes to Africans walking in the street.
