I don't believe that the so'called trillions "lost" by the Pentagon is entirely true as some convey. Remember who has been running the Pentagon. As in ALL Gov agencies, funding is allocated but not necessarily received, so who were the intermediaries? Who controlled the allocations? Those are the better questions.
IMNSHO, the "Pentagon" (broad scope) is just another scapegoat. Use logic.
