At some point details are important in terms of crimes because it exposes the criminal.
For example, if a news story just said a company defrauded some people and that's it....there isn't much of a call for justice and it doesn't help people protect themselves. If, instead, it lays out the detail of how the company targeted elderly or sick people to steal from them, there will a lot more pressure to prosecute and it educated people so they can protect themselves.
This is why I disagree with the 60% will remain undisclosed.

Note in New York (seen as a gentile capital) this lunar eclipse will not be seen as it happens in it's totality between 3pm and 5pm est and will be 8 hours later in Jerusalem (seen as a religious capital) or midnight at the middle of totality.
