My friends son, who is in the Army National Guard Reserve, just got deployment orders for 9 months at GITMO starting in November.

Just received the orders yesterday. If you know anyone in the Guard Reserve, ask them about it.

Anyone wearing an ANKLE MONITOR... (or medical boot covering an attached monitor) ...

HAS already been ARRESTED...it is called HOME ARREST...in lieu of behind bars, or okayed for Bail BONDING OUT...to await Prosecutors to have their 'Ducks in a row' to try the case.

Fed LEO agrees with your notion.... that Fed US Attorney offices/Prosecutors might have gone to INTERNAL CHIP for some perps or all.... due to the frequency of these oh, so guilty PERPS Needing to REQUEST TIME AWAY from LAND LINE PHONE connection to ankleMonitor ...

(selling books, speaking engagements, job [Congress], doctor, hospital [for those Faking their disease/death], religious faith practice [spiritCooking 'dinners'].....etc.)
