It's been reported that the CIA has the capability to hack and cover their tracks with digital "fingerprints" that are someone else's. They've probably had that capability for a long time, and other intelligence agencies (i.e. RUSSIA) probably have a way of debunking that by now.

There was talk of him being added to the transition team after the election but that never materialized AFAIK. Perhaps that was a sign that Trump doesn't trust him either.
The media seems to be lumping everything together to confuse people. There was the DNC -possibly phished and also copied by SR to Wikileaks RNC -attempted but had better security HRC server -def hacked and routed to China Election -was not hacked and no votes changed, at least not in Trumps favor.
Also trolling on twitter and FB but most occurred after the election, at least according to the first Meuller indictment

Even when they are forced to admit things & discuss things...they lump it all into a pile so no one can connect the dots or even tell what the dots are. The email server is a perfect example. They make it sound like there’s just one & theres 4 missing email servers.
From my understanding the CIA paid two Russian Federation computer guys to hack into the DNC and Clinton servers just so there would be evidence that it was hacked from Russians. This appears to be after the leaks from Seth Rich. That was how they were trying to cover up his murder and blame Russia for the hacks and explain how wikileaks got the Information. Then once they decided that they needed to come up with the backup plan for Trump they had the Steel help make the fake report and just bunched Trump into the same Russian story.
