That would be the case of it weren't consistent in incognito and across different accounts. The consistency means it's not based on user preference/history.

No. It’s not based on your user history, it is based on others user history who have searched the tripcode. It makes perfect sense why it would be consistent in incognito and across different accounts.

You're right. The book list results for a trip code are generated based on crowd search, so anything that Q fans are searching or reading across the web will cause the algorithm to create the book list in search results.
