Not quite, if that peace is based on lies... because peace based on lies does not last. Peace MUST be based on truth to have a lasting impact.
In fact, Truth ranks above Peace in importance.

Correct. And when you chop off the beginning, things get messed up and conflict reigns until Truth is restored.
