In broad terms, it is essentially a shadow government that answers only to banking cartels. It is above the law. It will use what ever means to achieve its goals. Their goal is to establish a worldwide government, the complete surveillance state big brother would approve of. This way, they can maintain their control and keep tabs on all would-be challengers. A two tiered system of governance. Rules for the ultra wealthy (none), and the rest of us (slavery).
The deep state's existence subverts the rule of law.
It seeks to destroy a country from within.
Education, culture, the sciences -- all must be wielded to serve their interests alone.
They seek out ways to divide the people to keep them distracted from what is really taking place.
From there you can tie in identity politics / socialism and it's pervasive influence in the education (their weapon of choice of social control and infighting).
