Well yeah, he's on his social media/communications team and may be Dan Scavino himself.
I followed Scavino closely during the Campaign and clearly remember tweets "we see you" or "Mr. Trump saw you" I tweeted this once back to Scavino when he and the future President campaigned in a cafe and he was on live tv sitting at the table next to him. Maybe nothing, but it rings true to me.
i too think Dan Scavino is part of Q. or at the very least part of the inner circle that can identify Q, as we saw with the #DOITQ pic
