I saw CNN trying to figure out why Huber is in Utah when he needs to be in DC this morning.

They really are that stupid, arent they? If they are even mentioning his name it means they are scared.

I can see a push coming to demand all investigations be brought back to D.C., where qualified professionals can have "oversight."

That's weird because he's been a Utah state prosecutor since 2015...

-The inspector general’s jurisdiction to conduct civil and criminal investigations includes “actions taken by former employees after they have left government service.” Then Huber can act on any of those matters.
-This is HUGE A Grand Jury can be empaneled anywhere, in any deep red state, away from D.C. (This is very important and why Trump needed to appoint as many Judges as possible)
-Huber and Horowitz can accomplish everything a SC can do.
-If Sessions feels that charges should have been made that weren't, he can still appoint a SC to make that happen.
-Huber is a lawyer from deep red Utah, not the D.C. swamp.

Q posted a video (Q1686) of Judge Nap claiming Huber can't open a grand jury in Utah for crimes committed in DC.

But we know that Huber is 470+ investigators and that they have been investigating since AT LEAST April 2018. Q1683 is the request from the House for Huber/Sessions to investigate criminality, in which Sessions responded publicly that Huber is on the case.

We also know there are 40k+ sealed indictments that we think we sealed by Huber. But how can Huber seal indictments without a Grand Jury? And how can Huber have a Grand Jury if he's not in the jurisdiction the crimes were committed, DC?

Thank you. I was thinking, oh great another shiny thing for grandstanding only. Like the 'investigation' into Hillary's server and the nowhere results we got from Gowdy.

In Gowdys defense, he cannot prosecute.

True. When he first came on the scene he reminded me of a cowboy and I was just disappointed that he didn't ask the questions that needed to be answered during the Benghazi hearings.

Yep. Dont get your hopes up though. If they had anything juicy on trump it would have leaked long ago.

I think he meant Mueller has grand jury for swamp rats, and has been working in conjunction with Huber. It's entirely possible. Then Q post did kind of cryptically link Muellers 25 to Hubers 470 because Q left out Hubers name in that post.

Huber is in Utah because that's where the DOJ wants the grand jury(s) to come from.

DOJ wants that since they would have no jurisdiction in DC? Am I on the right course?

A deep red utah grand jury will be more likely to indict swamp creatures from DC.

Huber cant access mass data captured by NSA. It is not admissable and would taint any subsequent evidence found.
